You do this by navigating through mines to find and dig blocks containing nuggets of Virtual Gold, leave the mine before the air in the mine runs out and then 'pan' what you have collected so that you are left with nuggets of Virtual Gold. You can then go back into the mine to find any blocks that you may have missed or go on to explore one of the other mines in the game.3. Virtual Gold (a) is merely a feature within the gameplay of the Game and you do not acquire any ownership over an item of Virtual Gold, (b) has no monetary value in the real world, and (c) does not constitute, represent or promise any exchange or redemption into real world value. 4. We reserve the right to change the mechanics to change the way in which Virtual Gold is allocated and collected within the Game. For example, the number of nuggets within a block may vary from time to time.5. The game offers in-app purchases (such as tools and outfits) that you can use in the game (Virtual Goods). Like Virtual Gold, Virtual Goods has no monetary value in the real world.6. From time to time, based upon your progress within the game including the amount of Virtual Gold you have managed to collect, we may at our discretion, offer you an award of a small bar of real world gold (Award Gold), in exchange for the Virtual Gold you have collected. 7. You will see in the game a progress bar to indicate your progress towards the possibility of being offered an opportunity to be awarded Award Gold. However, this progress bar is only an approximate indication; the amount of Virtual Gold needed to be considered for an offer of Award Gold will vary from time to time based on a number of factors including the number of people playing the game and the fluctuating price of real world gold. However, we make every effort to ensure that the offers of Award Gold operate fairly between all players. 8. If you accept an offer of Award Gold, then the provision of Award Gold will be processed by Global Exchange Platform Ltd (company no. 09460371) of 4th Floor, Aldgate Tower, London, E1 8FA, United Kingdom (see: www.globalexchangeplatform.com).
