We've been testing lots of photo editing tools that focus on creating collages. Frame Magic Lite is another contender in a saturated market that is full of duds. But after putting it to the test, we have to say that it is actually one of the better collage makers out there.

Frame Magic Lite opens with your collage template. In each box are directions for how to navigate the app. For example, tapping a specific cell or box lets you add or change a photo. A long press lets you drag and drop photos to swap them out. And should you forget these directions, a help icon is there to remind you. We started by using the Multi Camera feature to snap three different pictures. Using the three-second timer, we had enough time to move the camera to capture three different pictures without having to tap a button. You can also choose pictures from your Camera Roll, or manually snap new pictures. From there, we were able to easily adjust the border, background, and cell shapes and patterns. Our one complaint is that you have to pay to gain access to the Frame menu, but there are so many other collage effects that you won't lack. Once you're done with your adjustments, Frame Magic Lite lets you easily share your masterpiece on various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Flickr.
