Great variety of sounds; sounds are soothing, effective, and relaxing; can create timed playlists of mixed sounds; includes nice images to go along with sound.

The ads could get annoying, but since it's a free app, it's understandable.

Summary

White Noise Lite is great app for those who need a little bit of noise to get a good night's sleep. This app really does the trick. There's a great variety of sounds, from beach waves to white noise, from rain to chimes. The sounds are very soothing and help calm the nerves superbly. I'm seriously considering upgrading to the paid version.
