i-InfoTerre is the viewer for geoscience data from BRGM for iPhone. It offers access to online mapping different thematic layers: records of the basement, water wells, old industrial sites, landslides, underground cavities and shrink-well hazards. Several base maps are available: views from plane but also the geological maps.Placement on map is done either manually (pan & zoom multitouch), via GPS for the current position or by the use of a communal directory.Note: The information available corresponds to a state of the art of scientific knowledge when they are published. They are regularly updated. The data may be subject to distribution restrictions for reasons of privacy protection, of legal proceedings in progress, risk to the environment if information dissemination, or other legal constraint, is not accessible by this application. Their quality characteristics, especially the geometric accuracy are specified on specialized websites or mailing the form of records / metadata available on the National Portal of geomatics information (http://www.geocatalogue.fr) .
