Does what it promises

Wasn't able to get it to work in my Windows 10 computer due the reason silverlight claimed it already had installed the latest version of it. And got no video - in my work computer I was able to get the video showing - work computer has windows 7 enterprise installed.I used always the IE in both computers to test if I can see the video or not.
